Step 12 - Revise your Action Plan and implement the Plan
Now it is time to employ the new ideas in the real world with your key account. Review your Action Plan with its changes and recommendations from the Group session and then implement your Plan. You might also like to discuss your Plan with your Line Manager and/or Coach.
How long do I need?
Most Managers spend 10 minutes to review the action and plan the activity to complete the action.
As you continue to implement your Plan you can move to the One to One Coaching stage. Note that you can also use the online Self-Coaching Tool to support your thinking in addition to the personal coaching.
When you have completed this, you can go on to the next step.
