Step 10 - The Group Meeting
Now it is time to meet your colleagues. Use the recommended Agenda to guide the meeting and of course you can add extra group activities if you like. At this Group session you will review the ideas and get feedback on your Action Plan. At the end of the meeting you should note the important points and agree action.
How long do I need?
Agree with your colleagues how long to devote in the formal meeting. After the meeting most Managers spend 10 minutes to review the action and plan the activity to complete the agreed action.
