The Key Account Academy exists to provide online and in-person support for key account implementation and skills development.   Online support is provided via the Academy website on the basis of a subscription. Subscriptions may be monthly, quarterly and annually. In-person support is provided by independent consultants working for fees agreed directly with the client.

Independent consultants

The Academy maintains a register of independent consultants, published on the web site. Independent consultants may be able to support the client in its efforts to implement key account development. Subscribers to the Academy may seek support from the independent consultants and may agree work and fees with the independent consultants. The Academy is not responsible for this relationship and does not receive any part of this fee; the relationship is between the hiring company and the independent consultant. The Academy makes the contact details of the independent consultant available and facilitates the contact but is not responsible for the work or behaviour of the independent consultant.

Key account management knowledge

While the Academy works to maintain the utility, currency and accuracy of material, it does not accept liability for any of the material held on its website, communicated at meetings, in person or distributed in any other way. The Academy cannot be held responsible for material or information distributed by independent consultants, which may or may not be counter to the principles of key account management.

The Academy cannot accept liability for any effects of the application of any material or advice offered or for the work of independent consultants.

Subscription

The material on the Academy web site is of commercial value to the Academy. Access to the modular material on the Academy web site is via paid subscription. One subscription is valid for that subscriber only. When you take out a subscription you recognise that the Academy content should not be shared with anyone who is not a subscriber. By subscribing you accept that if you do share material with non-subscribers you become liable for their subscription for a 12 month period.

Subscriptions are non-refundable. You have the opportunity to test the material by using two of the modules before you decide to subscribe.

Subscriptions allow access to all material currently published. As new material is published it will become available to current subscribers.

In the event that the web site or material is temporarily unavailable, we will do everything we can to correct the problem. No refunds are provided in the event of temporary unavailability of the web site or material.

Subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will run until the cancellation date.

Website

The Academy commits to employing professional support to maintain its website facilities, but is not liable for any breakdown of service that may from time to time occur. No refund will be given for website failure.
