To finish off this stage, we want to give you the opportunity to think about what you have done so far and what you should do next. Summarise the main points for you so far, review progress and then frame your outcome and first step of action plan – in other words, what are you actually going to do as a result? Remember if you don’t take any action then nothing will change!
How long do I need?
Most Managers spend 20-30 minutes in self coaching.
Congratulations
You have completed the Self Reflection and Self-Coaching stage. You can reuse it on your own whenever you want, whenever a frustration or challenge arise to debrief, step back and train your self-coaching capacity. Research shows that reflecting on what you learn can increase your performance more than 20%.
