Step 9 - Preparing for the Group Meeting
Learning by discussion and sharing experience and opinions is now well established as a great way to learn and develop. The Group meeting is an important part of the Module because it is your chance to test your thinking and your Action Plan with you colleagues – You can meet face to face or online and agree as much time as you think will be useful. The first thing to do is to prepare for the Group session using the sheet below.
